Pick & drop in one city, single depot
Ten pickup and drop orders across Ha Noi, two small vans. Eight orders form two optimized routes; two are flagged as still waiting for a vehicle instead of being forced onto an overloaded route.

First-mile collection + mid-mile line-haul
Two vans collect from six suppliers around Bac Ninh and Hung Yen into the Gia Lam hub, then one 8-tonne truck runs the line-haul up the Thai Nguyen corridor. Two legs, two operating modes, one plan.

Multi-depot last-mile, one solve
Fifteen deliveries across Ho Chi Minh City, three depots in District 7, Binh Thanh and Tan Binh. One solve decides both which depot serves each order and each vehicle stop order.

When the fleet is short, the optimizer does not force more orders onto an overloaded route. It returns the list of orders waiting for a vehicle so you can plan the next wave, the way real operations work.
Several operating modes in one plan
First-mile collection, mid-mile line-haul, last-mile delivery and pick & drop are different problems. One plan can carry several kinds of leg at once.
Several depots in one solve
Which depot serves which order is not a human decision made before optimizing. The AI core picks the depot and the stop order in the same solve.
One measured trip, not an average
A 40-tonne middle-mile run with 18 drops over 527km in Thai Nguyen on 18/12/2024: 40 million VND of transport cost saved and 1,800kg of CO2 avoided on that specific trip. This is one measured route, not an average.
